Our value is not that we hold a warehouse of everything - it is that we can identify the correct instrument for a requirement, verify it before it ships, and take responsibility for the order that follows.
What we are
We are an industrial instrumentation supplier and sourcing partner. We do not operate our own production line. We identify the correct instrument from qualified manufacturing partners, hold traceability on what we ship, and take responsibility for the commercial and documentation side of the order.
That distinction matters to buyers for a practical reason. A single production line supplies what that line makes, whereas a sourcing partner can offer several technically distinct options for the same duty and tell you which one the application actually needs. On a project that spans flow, pressure, temperature and analysis, it also means one purchase order, one shipment and one point of contact instead of six.
The commercial consequence is that the specification is not capped by whatever one line happens to build. 15 years of quoting across 18 product categories means the non-standard version of a standard item - a different process connection, an unusual range, an alternative output, a wetted material that survives the medium - is a normal request rather than a refusal.
Where the specification discipline comes from
Instrumentation is specified, not shopped for. A power meter that resolves to 0.01 A cannot judge a test written at 0.5 mA. A 316L wetted part will not survive a chlorinated medium. A 4-20 mA transmitter with a 25 °C accuracy figure may drift out of tolerance at 80 °C in service.
Every product page on this site therefore states the parameters that were documented and marks the ones that were not, rather than filling the gaps with a plausible number. If a certificate has not been supplied to us, the page shows nothing rather than an assumed approval. That rule costs us some easy answers, and it is the reason the answers we do give can be relied on.
It is also the reason a requirement is worth sending before an order is worth placing. A model number, a datasheet, a photograph of a nameplate, or nothing more than the application and the medium is enough to start. You get back what we can supply, what it costs, how long it takes, and - where the source documents do not answer a question - what is still to be confirmed.

Identify the right instrument
A requirement usually arrives as an application rather than a part number. We work from the medium, the range, the process connection and the environment to the instrument family that satisfies it, and we say when a cheaper specification would do the job.
Hold traceability on what we ship
Goods are traceable to their production batch, and third-party inspection and compliance documents are available on request. Traceability is what separates a supplier from a market stall.
Cover the commercial side
Quotation on FOB or CIF terms, consolidation of several product families into one shipment, and the export documentation your customs broker needs.
Stay available after delivery
Technical selection support is part of the service rather than a separate charge. If a specification turns out not to suit the application, we work through the alternatives with you.

Reaching the production line, not a trading desk
Instrument families are made by different specialists. We work directly with the qualified facilities that build them rather than through layers of intermediaries, which is why a non-standard range, a different process connection or an alternative output is a normal request rather than an exception - and why the answer to a specification question comes from the people who can actually give it.

Verification
Checked at source, and again before dispatch
An instrument that is correct on paper still has to be correct in the box. Function, range and configuration are verified against the agreed specification before goods are packed, and where an application calls for third-party inspection or a compliance document, that is arranged as part of the order.

Our approach to product information
These four rules are applied to every page on this site. They are the reason some sections read as incomplete: the source material genuinely does not contain the answer.
- Parameters come from documents, not estimates Accuracy, ranges, materials, connections, output, supply, temperature rating, ingress protection, certification and dimensions are taken from source documentation. Where a value is absent it is marked as information required.
- Contradictions are resolved conservatively and disclosed Where two source documents disagree, the more conservative figure is published, and the discrepancy is recorded so it can be checked against a physical unit.
- Certification requires a certificate No approval is claimed unless a certificate exists for the specific product. This is why certification fields may read as information required.
- No unverifiable superlatives Accuracy statements, ranges and lead times are stated as figures. A claim that cannot be verified carries no information for the person buying.
The same discipline applies to what physically ships: goods are staged against the packing list, checked against the agreed configuration, and loaded against the confirmed consignment.
